The updated Zones Triggers & Sparks poster is a companion product to the self-regulation curriculum The Zones of Regulation® by Leah Kuypers and coordinates with Concept 6: Situations that Trigger and Spark in the new Digital Curriculum. This poster also relates to Lesson 9 "Caution! Triggers Ahead" in the original curriculum book.

Triggers and sparks are events, situations, or sensations that affect feelings and regulation and cause learners to change Zones. Noticing them helps us to be prepared for when they happen again. This way, we aren’t as surprised when our feelings change, and we can regulate and/or problem solve more easily. Brainstorm and keep track of your learners’ triggers and sparks with this updated poster. The dry-erase surface (use only dry-erase markers with this poster) makes this poster reusable in the home, clinic, or classroom.
