Self-collection 

You may collect your order at Connect & Communicate. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Do have your order confirmation email ready when you come to collect your order.

Local shipping

Free local shipping is available for orders (without posters) over S$100 to mainland Singapore, except for Restricted Areas. For orders under S$100, our rate is S$5 for standard shipping (except for deliveries to Restricted Areas).  Posters are shipped in mailing tubes and incur a separate delivery charge.  To enjoy free delivery for orders of books and games above $100, please purchase posters (if any) in a separate order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries in Asia. We offer shipping via international courier (which typically takes around 2 - 6 working days) and sea freight (which typically takes around 4 - 6 weeks).

Shipping charges for your order are automatically calculated based on weight and destination. This will be displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Any import duties and taxes are to be borne by the recipient.

Tracking your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail to check the shipping status.
