We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
- Bank transfer
- Do e-mail us at email@example.com to get our bank details.
- All cheques will need to be made payable to Connect and Communicate LLP and submitted to the address below.
- Cash, NETS
- This option is available if you choose self-collection as your shipping method.
- All Cash and NETS transactions are to be made in person at Connect & Communicate during our business hours.
- E-invoice (for MOE schools only)
- Reply to the order confirmation e-mail with your MOE e-mail (either with the @moe.edu.sg or @schools.gov.sg domain)
- In your e-mail, inform us that your order has been approved by MOE.
- We will process your order only after we receive your e-mail confirming that your order has been approved by MOE.
You may select your payment method during the checkout process.
All transactions are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and your order will be processed once payment is received (with the exception of E-invoices). Refunds will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
